These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Provio website and services ("Platform"), operated by Erasolis Ventures Private Limited ("Erasolis Ventures Private Limited", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Provio platform operated by Erasolis Ventures Private Limited. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use another person's identity, credentials, or portfolio without authorization.
• Cheat, copy, or use unauthorized assistance during skill assessments.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute candidate or recruiter data from the Platform.
• Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory purpose.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Verification Services

Erasolis Ventures Private Limited, through the Provio platform, offers verification of education, skills, portfolio, and references. These verifications are based on data and signals available to us at the time of assessment and are provided as a good-faith evaluation. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or hiring decisions made by third parties based on verification results.

5. Payments and Premium Features

• Premium verification plans are offered for 1, 3, or 6 months at the prices displayed on the pricing page.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Access to premium features is activated upon successful payment confirmation.
• Refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, logos, content, and software are owned by Erasolis Ventures Private Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

By submitting profile data, resumes, or portfolio content, you grant Erasolis Ventures Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erasolis Ventures Private Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting contact@provio.in.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
