Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may cancel your Provio premium subscription and request a refund from Erasolis Ventures Private Limited ("Erasolis Ventures Private Limited", "we", "our", or "us"), the company operating the Provio platform. By purchasing a premium plan, you agree to this policy.

1. Premium Plans

Erasolis Ventures Private Limited, through the Provio platform, offers the following premium verification plans:

  • 1 Month Plan — ₹399
  • 3 Month Plan — ₹999
  • 6 Month Plan — ₹1599

All plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Access to premium verification features is activated immediately upon successful payment.

2. Cancellation

Since all plans are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel once the plan period begins. You may stop using the Platform at any time, and your premium access will simply expire at the end of the purchased period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate charge: if you were accidentally charged more than once for the same plan.
  • Technical failure: if a verified technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the premium features you paid for, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • Unauthorized transaction: if your account was charged without your authorization and you report it within 7 days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after successful payment and activation of the premium plan.
  • Failure to achieve a specific skill assessment score or profile score.
  • Failure to receive interview invitations or job offers from recruiters.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Partial usage of the subscription period.
  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after the original payment date.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@provio.in within 7 days of your payment with the following details:

  • Full name and registered email address.
  • Razorpay payment ID or order ID.
  • Date and amount of the transaction.
  • Reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via Razorpay. Refunds typically appear in your account within 7 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. Erasolis Ventures Private Limited is not responsible for delays caused by banking networks or third-party payment processors.
